Dominique recently completed a Masters of Science in Environmental Science under the supervision of Courtney Mason at Thompson Rivers University (TRU). Her research focused on the sustainability of music festivals in BC. The research examined barriers between stakeholders and identified systems of hierarchical power while contributing to environmental standards within the festival industry.  Dominique was awarded a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) Master’s Scholarship, 2017-2018 and the Graduate Student Mentor Award, 2017-2018. Dominique currently works in TRU’s research office under Student Research & Public Engagement. She defended her thesis in the summer of 2018.
